Every Hydro Nova ships free, on a next-working-day service to UK mainland addresses. The first pre-order units are despatching from 1 July 2026 — once yours is on its way, you’ll have a tracking number in your inbox the same day.
Pre-order despatch
The Hydro Nova is currently on pre-order. We despatch the first units from 1 July 2026, in the order pre-orders were received. Once your machine is on its way, you’ll get a tracking email the same day.
Standard delivery
Once stock has landed in the UK, every order ships the same way:
- Free next-day delivery on every machine
- No minimum spend, no surcharges
- UK mainland only
- Tracked, with a tracking number sent by email on the day of despatch
On the day
What to expect on delivery day:
- Delivery is signature-required. On a £2,750 device, this protects you — it means the machine can’t be left on a doorstep or signed for by someone else.
- If you’re out, our courier will follow their standard procedure: re-delivery the next working day, a safe-place option, or a local collection point depending on the carrier.
- You’ll receive updates by email and SMS where the courier offers them.
We use a tracked, signature-required service through a UK courier partner. If you’d like the specific carrier name for an inbound delivery, give us a call and we’ll confirm.
Outside UK mainland
We currently deliver only to UK mainland addresses — that includes England, Scotland, and Wales. We’re not yet able to despatch to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or internationally. If you’re outside UK mainland and interested in a Hydro Nova, please get in touch and we’ll let you know when this changes.
