Every Hydro Nova comes with a 2-year UK warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. If something goes wrong within that period, we want it sorted quickly — and at no cost to you. A single email or phone call gets things moving; we handle the rest, postage paid both ways.

What’s covered

The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and runs for 24 months from the date your Hydro Nova was delivered. It covers:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use
  • Internal components, electronics, and the hydrogen-generation cell
  • Free repair, or replacement where repair isn’t practical
  • Postage to and from us for any covered claim

You’ll need proof of purchase — your order confirmation email is enough. The warranty isn’t transferable, so it doesn’t carry over if you sell or pass the machine on.

What’s not covered

The warranty is for things that go wrong on our side. It doesn’t cover:

  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Consumables — filters and cannulas — which are designed to be replaced periodically
  • Cosmetic marks that don’t affect how the machine works
  • Damage from misuse or unauthorised modifications, including opening the unit or attempting your own repairs
  • Damage from improper storage or handling outside what’s described in the user manual

On consumables: filters and cannulas wear out with regular use — that’s how they’re meant to work. We sell replacement filters and cannulas directly through h2purelife.co.uk, so the machine keeps running for as long as you want to use it.

How to make a claim

  1. Email hello@h2purelife.co.uk or call 01904 530937 with your order number and a short description of the issue. A photo or short video helps if you have one to hand.
  2. We acknowledge your claim within two working days.
  3. If the machine needs to come back to us, we arrange the collection — courier booked, label provided, at our cost.
  4. Once we receive the machine, we resolve the issue within 14 days. Depending on what we find, that means repair, replacement, or refund.
  5. We return the machine to you, also at our cost, on a tracked service.

Free shipping, both ways

This matters more than it might sound. A £2,750 machine shouldn’t cost you anything to put right under warranty — and with us, it doesn’t. We arrange and pay for the courier in both directions, every time. The alternative — a marketplace seller, a return label printed at your expense, an overseas courier address — isn’t how we think it should work.

Our liability

We honour this warranty as described. Your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law — including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — are not affected by anything in this warranty.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other matter where the law does not permit us to limit liability. Subject to that, our total liability for any single Hydro Nova is limited to the price paid for it.

Governing law

This warranty is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
