H2 Pure Life was founded by two UK professionals who spent years in the wellness space before stumbling across the research on molecular hydrogen. What began as curiosity became a daily practice. What began as a daily practice became a company.

Our Story
Between us, we've spent decades in business — boardrooms, early mornings, late evenings, the particular kind of tiredness that doesn't go away with a good night's sleep. We were both performing at a high level professionally, but we both knew something wasn't quite right. Energy wasn't where we wanted it. Recovery from exercise was slower than it should be. The clarity we needed to make good decisions felt harder to access than it once did.
We'd both been deep in the wellness space for years — nutrition, sleep, exercise, supplementation. We'd tried most things. Some helped. None of it felt like a genuine step change.
Then one of us stumbled across the research on molecular hydrogen.

The other of us took some convincing. Business professionals tend to be naturally sceptical of wellness claims — we've both seen too many overpromised products fail to deliver. But the science was different. Over a thousand peer-reviewed studies. Human trials published in Medical Gas Research and Scientific Reports. A mechanism that was genuinely novel — the smallest molecule in existence, selectively neutralising the most destructive free radicals at the cellular level.
We tried it. We kept using it. We started talking about it. And then we looked at what was available in the UK — and found grey-market machines on Amazon, poor instructions, no local support, no spare parts. We decided to do something about that.

How we got here
2023 · Spring
Six months of reading peer-reviewed literature before ever touching a machine. The volume of serious science was impossible to dismiss.
2023 · Autumn
Personal experience that aligned with what the studies suggested was possible. Not dramatic. Quietly undeniable. Twenty minutes became a daily practice.
2024 · Spring
The UK market was underwhelming. Low-flow devices. Overclaims. No transparency. We started building our range to sit within the range the peer-reviewed literature has explored.
2025 · Summer
The membrane that separates hydrogen from oxygen is the heart of the machine. We chose the most technically rigorous manufacturing available, not the cheapest.
2026 · Summer
