A note on safety and duration

What the research says about how it sits in the body.

In a formal continuous-use safety study, healthy adults inhaled hydrogen for seventy-two unbroken hours under monitored conditions. The published outcomes recorded no adverse events, no clinically meaningful ECG changes, and no laboratory abnormalities across the cohort. H2 Pure Life sessions are far shorter than that — typically twenty minutes to two hours — and the protocols on this page sit comfortably inside that envelope.

Even so, the protocols above are starting guidelines, not medical advice. Hydrogen inhalation is a wellness practice, not a treatment for any condition. Individual circumstances always matter more than any general framing — and many users describe a subjective sense of better mornings, clearer focus, or quieter evenings, which we share carefully and with appropriate hedges.
