1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products by H2 Pure Life Ltd ("we", "us", "our", or "H2 Pure Life") to consumers based in the United Kingdom through our website, h2purelife.co.uk.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are buying as a consumer (not on behalf of a business), and that you accept these Terms & Conditions.

We are H2 Pure Life Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17159612. Our registered office is Appletree House, St Giles Road, Skelton, York, YO30 1XR. You can contact us at hello@h2purelife.co.uk.

2. Our products

We sell three molecular hydrogen inhalation devices for personal wellness use:

  • Hydro Gen — 900 ml/min flow rate
  • Hydro Nova — 1,500 ml/min flow rate
  • Hydro Medic — 3,000 ml/min flow rate

We also sell consumables and accessories, including replacement filters and cannulas.

Product images are illustrative. Specifications and pricing on the website at the time you place your order are the specifications and pricing that apply to your order. We reserve the right to update product specifications, designs, and prices, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order through our website, you are making us an offer to buy the products in your basket at the prices and on the terms shown.

We will acknowledge your order by email. The acknowledgement is not yet acceptance — a contract between us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept your order (for example, because the product is out of stock or because we suspect fraud), we will let you know and will refund any payment in full.

If you spot an error in your order before you receive a dispatch confirmation, please contact us immediately at hello@h2purelife.co.uk and we will help you correct it.

4. Pricing

Prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. H2 Pure Life Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

The price you pay is the price shown on the website at the time you place your order. If we discover a pricing error after you place your order, we will contact you and offer the choice of paying the corrected price or cancelling the order with a full refund.

Delivery is free of charge to mainland UK addresses. See Section 6 for delivery details.

5. Payment

We accept payment in full at the time of order. We also offer interest-free payment plans through Klarna (3 instalments) and Clearpay (4 instalments).

If you choose Klarna or Clearpay, your contract for the payment plan is with that provider, not with H2 Pure Life. Klarna and Clearpay have their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. We do not see or store your payment card details — these are handled directly by the payment provider.

Eligibility for Klarna and Clearpay is subject to their own credit checks. If your application is declined, you can still place your order using full payment at checkout.

6. Delivery

Where we deliver. We deliver to addresses in mainland United Kingdom only. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, or any address outside the UK.

Carrier and timing. Orders are dispatched by DPD on a next-working-day delivery service. Orders placed before 12 noon (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same working day for delivery the next working day. Orders placed after 12 noon, on weekends, or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery cost. Standard next-working-day delivery is free of charge.

Tracking. DPD will email you tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to track your delivery and arrange a delivery slot or a safe place if needed.

Risk and ownership. Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the address you specified, or to a person identified by you to receive them. Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment (in the case of Klarna or Clearpay, ownership passes when we have received the first instalment and dispatched the products).

Failed delivery. If DPD attempts delivery and is unable to leave the parcel, they will follow their standard procedure for redelivery or collection. If the parcel is returned to us because you have not arranged delivery or collection within DPD's holding period, we will contact you. We may charge the cost of redelivery if a second attempt is needed because of an issue at your end.

7. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

7.1 How to cancel

To cancel, simply email us at hello@h2purelife.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, telling us that you wish to cancel. You do not need to give a reason. You can use any clear written statement; we do not require a specific form.

7.2 Returning the product

After telling us you wish to cancel, you must return the product to us within 14 days. The product must be returned in the condition you received it, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product. We recommend using an insured, tracked service, as you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Please contact us at hello@h2purelife.co.uk before sending the return so we can confirm the return address and answer any questions.

7.3 Refund

Once we have received the returned product and inspected it, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method. If you paid through Klarna or Clearpay, the refund is processed through that provider and will follow their refund timing.

We may reduce the refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the product caused by your handling beyond what was necessary to inspect it (for example, if the product has been damaged or has clearly been used beyond inspection).

8. Faulty or incorrect products

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products supplied to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product fails to meet these standards, you have legal rights independent of, and in addition to, any warranty we offer.

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:

  • Within 30 days of delivery: you have a short-term right to reject the product for a full refund.
  • Within 6 months of delivery: we will repair or replace the product. If repair or replacement is not possible, or has been attempted and failed, you can choose a refund or a price reduction.
  • After 6 months: similar rights apply, but the burden of proving the fault was present at delivery rests with you.

Please contact us at hello@h2purelife.co.uk as soon as you notice the issue and, if practical, before using the product further. We will arrange the next steps with you.

9. Manufacturer's warranty

Length and scope. Each Hydro Gen, Hydro Nova, and Hydro Medic comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering parts and labour against faults arising from manufacturing defects.

Start date. The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to you.

How the warranty works. Our warranty operates on a return-to-base basis. If a fault arises during the warranty period, contact us at hello@h2purelife.co.uk with a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs or video. We will diagnose the issue with you. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will arrange for the product to be returned to us. We will repair the product, or replace it where repair is not practical, and return it to you. We pay return shipping for warranty repairs sent back to you.

What the warranty does not cover. The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or use other than as described in the user manual
  • Damage caused by failure to use distilled or de-ionised water as specified in the user manual
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the recommended cleaning, flushing, or filter-replacement schedule
  • Wear-and-tear consumables, including filters and cannulas (these are sold separately as replacements)
  • Damage caused by unauthorised modifications, repairs, or attempts at repair
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functioning of the product
  • Damage caused by power surges, lightning strikes, fire, flood, or other external events

Statutory rights. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not affect those rights. The legal protections under the Consumer Rights Act apply regardless of any warranty.

10. Summary: returns and refunds at a glance

  • Within 14 days of delivery: cancel for any reason — return at your cost, full refund
  • Within 30 days of delivery, faulty: short-term right to reject — full refund
  • Within 2 years, manufacturing defect: warranty repair or replacement — return to base, no charge for return shipping back to you
  • After 2 years: outside the manufacturer's warranty; statutory rights may still apply for up to 6 years from delivery (Limitation Act 1980), depending on circumstances

11. Spares and consumables

We sell replacement filters and cannulas through h2purelife.co.uk. These are subject to the same Terms & Conditions as the machines, except that:

  • The 2-year manufacturer's warranty does not apply to consumables — your statutory rights apply
  • Consumables that have been opened and used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except where they are faulty

12. Health and safety

Our products are wellness technology designed for personal use at home. They are not medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Before using a Hydro Gen, Hydro Nova, or Hydro Medic, please:

  • Read the user manual provided with your product
  • Consult your GP if you have any specific health condition, are pregnant, are taking prescribed medication, or are otherwise uncertain whether molecular hydrogen inhalation is suitable for you
  • Use only distilled or de-ionised water as specified in the user manual
  • Follow the cleaning, flushing, and filter-replacement schedule provided

Nothing on our website, in our communications, or in our product documentation constitutes medical advice. If you have any health concerns, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional.

13. Our liability to you

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any matter where it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability
  • Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable law

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the supply of products under these Terms & Conditions is limited to the price you paid for the relevant product.

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable to both of us when these Terms & Conditions were entered into, or for losses that were not caused by any breach on our part. We are not liable for any business losses (including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or loss of anticipated savings), as our products are sold for personal use.

14. General

Changes to these terms. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published on h2purelife.co.uk at the time you placed your order. Material changes will be notified by email to existing customers where appropriate.

If part of these terms is unenforceable. If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply.

Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions to another organisation. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent.

Governing law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales (or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts).

Alternative dispute resolution. If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may be entitled to use alternative dispute resolution. We are happy to discuss this with you.
